Review of the EZ Smart Table by Eurekazone
(back)
The EZ Smart Table is for holding sheet goods flat while cutting with a circular saw and the EZ Guide.
It is quite strong, light, and portable.

It consists of a series of tracks that you attach to the table and slats which attach to the edge of 1x3s. The slats slide in the tracks to make the unit easy to move and store while large enough to support a full 4x8 sheet.
This is what comes in the box - slats, tracks, hardware and instructions. You supply the wood.
Here is a closeup of how the slats fit in the tracks.
First step, cut a 2x4 piece of 3/4 ply.
Next attach some folding legs.
I got these at Home Depot,
but Eurekazone sells them too.
The center tracks are screwed in place with supplied screws
The corner tracks attach with supplied bolts and t-nuts so they swivel.
This is a picture of the t-nuts attached to the underside of the table.
Once the slats are screwed onto one edge of the 1x3s they are slid into the tracks.

Two 1x3s can be slid into the middle (fixed) tracks extending support out 4 feet.

One 1x3 is slid into each corner track and they are swiveled to support the ends of a sheet.
For cutting smaller pieces the corners can be swiveled in and only one piece used in the middle.

For transportation or storage, the 1x3s can be slid out entirely, and the unit stored on its side.
To make a cut, place the wood on the table and adjust the saw blade slightly deeper than the thickness of what you're cutting. It will cut slightly into the 1x3s but they are easily and cheaply replaced when too scarred.

The table supports both the cut-off and the large piece so there is no safety issue with your cut-off falling off the table.
The table is so light, I move it to my driveway and unload sheet goods right onto it from my car. Then I cut them to size so they are easier to move to my shop in the basement. The space between the 1x3s is handy for storing tools while working.

It also makes a great table for assembly and glue up.
